The room was really practical and nicely decorated. the breakfast had a ton of amazing choices, and it was served hot 🔥.

Happy that I chose a guest room, it was brand new and completely soundproof.

The hotel is definetely not a 4 star establishment and it merely compares to 3 stars hotels in Majorca or anywhere else in the world. During my stay I encountered the worse customer service I have been across in all my life. Rooms are really small and most of them face a very busy & noisy road. The wifi did not cover my room and anyway to use it the hotels charges 3 euros per hour. Breakfast is poor.

The room was wonderfully decorated and with spacious showers, a `` garden '' view, Wi-Fi.

The breakfast here is warm and delicious, and the queen room is practical.

The food was very good. Cleanliness was excellent.

The airconditioning in the Restaurant was not functioning correctly. Some night it was fine and other nights we had to rush dinner to get our of the heat. It spoiled the whole concept of relaxing over a nice evening meal. Most people were sweating and mopping their brows. This was not as one would from a 4 star hotel. While the food was good this spoiled the evening meal. Reception staff were not really friendly or helpfull to guests.

The staff are as always very friendly and helpful.The food is very good with a great selection, the rooms are clean and comfortable,the whole place has a good atmosphere.

The only slight minus is the main dining room could do with more air conditioning,

the rooms were spotless where the wifi worked better, the staff were very good and courteous. the breakfast was fantastic with delicious fruits and bakery, as for instance. the location was beachfront, brilliant by ferry from menorca.

The modern rooms here are lovely and come with a spacious shaded balcony.

Great service here! Breakfast was top-notch, featuring tasty fruits and pastries, and even an omelette station. the soundproof queen room was stylish and modern. 🌟

Comfortable, clean, and decently spacious rooms at this hotel. It's nicely situated close to the beach where you can find some cool pine trees, and the area is pretty peaceful. the staff here are super friendly and welcoming, which is a big plus! 😊
